Grounds Maintenace
Sharper Management LLC is under contract to maintain exterior items on the grounds at Kingslee Heights. These include: concrete sidewalks, light poles and fixtures, retaining walls, street signage, street/drive ways, water, sewer, drainage, clubhouse and tennis court maintenance. These specific duties will be directed by the Board. Should homeowners find any of the above items needing maintenance please complete the form provided below. An acknowledge email will be sent to you once Sharper Management has received and read the email.
